Each box is a hand-picked mix of authentic vintage pieces : think graphic tees, denim, jackets, or pants - curated based on your chosen size and style preferences. Every box is unique, so no two customers ever get the same combo.

We have a strict No Refund Policy, but If you're not happy with something, just send it back along with a few reasons why, and we'll send you replacement item(s) that better suit your preferences.

All of our vintage pieces are pre-loved, so they may show some signs of wear. If there are any noticeable marks or flaws, they'll be clearly mentioned in the product description and shown in the photos.

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days after you have placed your order. Delivery times depend on your location : typically 4-8 business days with standard shipping, or 2-5 business days with express. Free Shipping is offered on any order over 150$ CAD. You can see the exact shipping rate by adding a box to your cart and filling some of your info at the checkout.

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@vintybox.com. After that time, or once an order enters the processing phase, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This includes situations where there are delays, as we begin sourcing and preparing items specifically for your order shortly after it is placed.

We work with trusted vintage suppliers and sustainable thrift partners across North America and Europe. Every piece is carefully cleaned, inspected, and upcycled before being packed.
